let me tell you, leko is one very spoiled kitten. my parents gave him salmon and tuna kitty treats as well as pet grass! let's just say, the pet grass went over very well.
since our little guy is totally obsessed with water, we got him a fountain for his birthday. so far he has been really enjoying not only drinking from the fountain but also playing in it too.
we also got leko a little beaver toy stuffed with catnip. he absolutely loves catnip. he has been playing with the beaver ever since we gave it to him last night. this morning we even woke up to find the beaver in bed with us! too cute kitten, too cute.
we had a good time celebrating leko's first birthday this weekend, and he is pretty exhausted from all of the excitement yesterday. happy birthday, kitten!

This is so cute! I love the idea of celebrating your pets birthday! Brian and I eventually want to get a cat, but I have a feeling it won't happen anytime soon. Ha!
