while we were in nyc . . . we had lunch at shake shake, went to the museum, ducked into levain bakery for their famous cookies, ate dinner (and some of the best hummus i have ever had) at whole foods, admired the gigantic christmas stars at the time warner center, saw the christmas lights and the ice carvings in columbus circle, picked up two cupcakes to go from crumbs bake shop, and grabbed jamba juice before heading home.

Looks like a fantastic trip. Getting hungry looking at all the pastry even though I just came up from lunch. No comparison to the cafeteria food.
The cabs look smaller, are they a different model now?
It looks like you had a good time. I enjoyed your photos, especially the stars, and the baked goods look delicious.
I am heading there next Saturday for a day trip with some friends. There's so much to do in a day! Looks like you guys had a fun day trip in the city.
