i love all different types of pie. some of my favorite types include coconut custard pie, chocolate silk pie, peanut butter pie, banana cream pie, banoffee pie, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and strawberry pie. (i could go on listing pies all day long!) i also love ice cream pie, and of course i can't forget savory pies like chicken pot pie too.

Well today is Pi Day and we had coconut custard pie, cheesecake, Boston cream pie, pizza pie, and whoopie pies. Today my sixth grade accelerated math class had a party. They brought in these items and before I would let them eat, they had to find the circumference and area of all the round desserts they brought in. Of course that was the only math that got done today. I have never seen kids consume so much sweets in such a short time.
I must say I had my share.
