after we went to the holiday marketplace on saturday with my parents, we celebrated my mom's birthday by going out to eat at a local cafe. we had a great lunch and went back to our house for cake and presents. we had german chocolate cake for dessert, and it was so good! i'm glad we were able to celebrate with my mama this weekend!
