we celebrated
my birthday with our families on saturday by having dinner at our house and then going out to see a movie. my birthday really snuck up on me this year since we have been so busy. it was nice just to be home. ryan came up with the idea of making calzones for dinner. they were go good. he also came up with the idea for a pistachio cake which we covered in mascarpone frosting. it was delicious!
after dinner, i opened presents and then we all went to go see the movie
a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
34 was a crazy busy year that left me totally exhausted. i swear i'm going to reclaim my life and get myself back together for 35. this one has to be my year!

That was a fun party. Food was delicious and so was the cake.
Everything was tasty and the cake was beautiful. We enjoyed the movie as well. It is hard to believe that you are now 35!
