quarantine cooking: mini ziti and pie

the other day we made our dinner mini . . . individual baked ziti in mini cast-iron skillets and individual chocolate peanut butter pies in mini ramekins.  yum!

I also was thinking about a chocolate pie. I only make them on holidays and was getting hungry for one.
