we celebrated
my parents' 40th wedding anniversary over the weekend with a gathering at our house on saturday. for lunch we made a garden salad, rosemary herb olive oil rolls, and seafood pasta with lots of veggies covered in a cauliflower alfredo sauce with pesto on top. for dessert we enjoyed pumpkin creme brûlée. it was so nice to get together and celebrate!

That meal was more elegant than you would get at a restaurant! Everything was delicious, plus the creme brûlée was absolutely over the top. That recipe is a keeper for sure. The table colors, decorated for fall, were gorgeous, too . . . especially the photo with the "big orange furry pumpkin."
Thanks again you guys for making our 40th anniversary so special and memorable. We love you very much, all three of you.
Everything was delicious, as usual, and presented in a very attractive manner. It was a very enjoyable way to celebrate a very special anniversary.
