i remember my dad having a bleeding heart bush in the yard when i was growing up and i was always amazed that a plant could produce a heart-shaped flower. i love having 3 bleeding heart plants in our yard now and every time i see them bloom they make me think of my dad.

They are really pretty flowers. My plants originally came from my mom and dad's yard, moved to our last house, and now to our present house so they are special to me. The white ones that I have might be mutations, but I think they are really pretty, too. I have extras if you want any white ones.
Oh yes, I remember the bleeding hearts at Lions Street. We now have them in our backyard here and they are blooming. They are an amazing flower and how they grow that shape.
