we had the day free on saturday, so we decided to take advantage of the nice weather and take a walk around lake scranton. we headed up there with a little picnic lunch which we enjoyed before walking the 3.8 mile trail around the lake. it wasn't too crowded and was really peaceful.
we saw chipmunks, squirrels, geese, and baby deer on our walk. a nice little afternoon date.

That goose is funny, right in the middle of the path. Maybe he thinks you will feed him. The fawns are adorable and do not look afraid of humans. Nice day for a walk.
