exercise with grandma!
last week i was working in the box office at the theatre and my mom came to play with noah. she brought this adorable padded mat and spread it out on the floor. i looked over from the box office desk and saw these two doing exercise together. it was absolutely adorable!

two months old!
i seriously cannot believe that today is october 21st and that it has been 2 whole months since we welcomed noah into the world! where did the time go? i've been living in such a time warp.
i snapped this picture earlier this week when noah was sitting on ryan's lap on the couch and it was so cute how happy he was with his big smile!

melted
i snapped this picture on sunday evening as we all were sitting on the couch together. i was holding noah while noah was holding ryan's finger and leko had his paw on noah's arm and my arm. it was so adorable that all 4 of us were cuddling together. i couldn't resist snapping a photo to remember the moment. it made my heart melt. so cute!

happy anniversary, mom and dad!
this has always been one of my favorite pictures of my mom and dad (taken back in 1979, one year before they were married).
today is their 42nd wedding anniversary! i'm blessed to have two amazing parents who are such wonderful role models, and i'm so grateful that noah has them as such incredible grandparents!

pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere!
last saturday we had such a great time going apple picking. we continued the fall festivities the next day on sunday by taking a drive out to creekside gardens to explore their "pumpkin walk." we didn't know what to expect, but boy were we impressed! thousands of pumpkins arranged in such clever configurations as far as the eye could see!
we dressed up our little pumpkin in his pumpkin outfit and pumpkin hat for the occasion. the weather was glorious, and we had such a great time exploring the pumpkin displays!

apple picking

we always look forward to apple picking in the fall, but we haven't been able to go apple picking since 2018! so, we were long overdue to stroll through some rows of apple trees on a beautiful fall day.
on saturday, we went apple picking at brace's orchard with our families and baby noah. we had never been to this apple orchard before so we were excited to check it out.
we picked 70 apples and we’ve been enjoying eating them. we'll have to make something with them soon!

it's fleece blanket season
it has been chilly in the mornings and evenings which means the fleece blankets are out around our house. leko loves them, especially the one with the kitties on it! he's so delicious when he's all curled up!

the crazy things we do!
we're always up to something crazy, especially when it comes to the theatre. ryan needed a dead tree branch for the show and it just so happened that we had two dead branches in our yard. glad to get them out of our yard and glad he was able to use them for the set. however, getting them from home to the theatre sure was interesting!
